We don't hold stock. Your piece begins as raw recycled gold the day you order — cut, engraved, polished and boxed by the same pair of hands. That's why it takes 2–3 days, and why no two are ever identical.

Every piece is made to order: 2–3 days of hand-making, then 7–12 days tracked shipping to the US, UK, Ireland and Australia. Ordering for a date? Order 3 weeks ahead to be safe.
We use 18k gold vermeil and solid sterling silver over recycled cores — nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. Vermeil holds its color for years with normal wear; every order includes a polishing cloth.
Place your order, then reply to the confirmation email with 2–3 clear photos of your pet. Our engraver sketches the portrait and sends you a preview within 24 hours — we only engrave once you approve it.
Because each piece is made for one person, personalized items can't be resold — but if anything arrives damaged or not as described, we remake or refund it in full, no arguments.
Checkout is handled through our Etsy store or PayPal — your card details never touch our site. After you pay, your personalization details travel with the order automatically.
